Website Intake Forms

When you submit a Sovereign Audit request, we collect the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Business email address
  • Company name
  • Annual revenue range
  • Industry
  • Estimated monthly SaaS spend
  • Primary business pain point (free-text)
  • Exit timeline

Social Media and Messaging Platforms

When you send a message to a business page managed by EOP through Facebook Messenger or other social media platforms, we receive and store:

  • Your name and profile information as provided by the platform
  • Message content, including text and any attachments (images, files)
  • Timestamps of messages sent and received

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our website. This may include:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Approximate geographic location (city/region level)

This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it through our intake forms or by initiating a conversation with one of our managed business pages.

  • Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook Messenger and other messaging platforms

Data Storage

Form submissions and messaging data are stored securely in a private database hosted by Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider. Access to this data is restricted to authorized EOP personnel and authorized personnel of the businesses we manage.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in connection with our operations:

  • Supabase — Secure database for form submissions and messaging data
  • Cloudflare — Website hosting, CDN, and security
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — Anonymous website usage analytics. Google’s data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Messenger) — We receive messages sent to business pages we manage through the Messenger Platform API. Meta’s own data practices are governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Twilio — SMS and voice communication services for managed businesses

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and track session information. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. Essential cookies may also be used by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance optimization. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data, including messaging history
  • Opt out of any future communications

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Messaging data is retained to provide ongoing customer service continuity for the businesses we manage. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
